鸡蛋仔有没有爱的,我还记得小时候路边总有师傅来卖鸡蛋仔,我可爱吃了,而现在,鸡蛋仔也是风靡街头的爆款甜品啊今天就来为大家分享
首先我们准备好食材:
低筋面粉140g 木薯粉20g 白糖60g
牛奶110g 鸡蛋2个 黄油50g
奶油奶酪60g
两个鸡蛋打到盆里,在倒入白糖,用蛋抽打发至冒细腻小泡即可
奶油奶酪提前隔热水融化,然后打发到变得很细腻即可,然后加入牛奶🥛尽量搅拌均匀至小颗粒状态或无颗粒状态
将奶酪牛奶糊倒入刚才打发好的鸡蛋液中拌匀,最后倒入提前融化了的黄油拌匀即可
接着就倒入木薯粉和低筋面粉,继续用蛋抽搅拌,搅拌至无干粉即可
静置半小时左右,让面糊尽量松弛,然后就可以开始制作啦,磨具上稍微刷一点油,以免粘锅(这个磨具很便宜哈哈哈)
然后往中间舀一勺面糊,周围可以稍微空一些出来,以免面糊过多而溢出,舀完之后,盖下另一个模具,立马倒过来,这样才会形成那种像鸡蛋的圆滚滚的形状哟差不多3-5分钟左右就好啦
