商店里买的芝麻核桃粉(选了五六样食材店里机器打碎制成的粉)太多了,吃不完,吃腻了怎么办?只能买来糯米粉做成宁波汤圆。
幸好现在是水磨糯米粉,加点水就行,不像以前从糯米到干粉,从干粉到做成圆子费老大劲。还要烧稀薄的大米粥加入糯米粉内。
说实话,做荠菜肉大汤团比这个宁波汤圆要容易一些。汤团大,捏好外壳,只要馅料酌情放进去就行,然后捏拢,搓圆即可。
宁波汤圆先要把馅子(需要板油绵白糖)做好,然后再塞进去,就不是那么容易了,口子太小馅料放不进去,馅料做的太大,一不小心容易做成中园子
。要不是是家人的意思,才不愿意这么麻烦呢
。
这水磨糯米粉的确不错,香糯可口,柔软润滑,馅料甜度,油度也刚刚好
,可与龙凤汤圆媲美
,又多了一样夜宵的点心
。
